1985

The start of something better. The inception of Fairfield’s development and operating platform.

1998

Fairfield expands to encompass redevelopment, asset management, and dispositions as the company builds prominent equity relationships.

2002

Fairfield forms initial joint venture with California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS).

2004

Fairfield launches its Affordable Fund initiative.

2005

CalSTRS & Fairfield form a company partnership.
