We pioneered recycling and energy-efficiency programs among property management companies with Living Green® to make sustainability a part of your everyday life. Now, over 100 Fairfield communities nationwide offer sustainable, low-impact, green-living opportunities like green cleaning products in our common areas, low- or no-VOC paint options, and implementing more paperless systems. Select properties also offer waterwise landscaping, smoke-free communities and electric car charging stations.

Share the Air

We are committed to providing our residents with the many benefits of living in a smoke-free environment. Did you know that up to 65% of the air in an apartment building is shared? That means that even smoking inside your apartment can impact others at the community. Our goal is to provide a healthier, more comfortable living environment for our residents. That's why we implemented Share the Air, our national program for smoke-free apartment communities.

To provide peace of mind and make life easier, Fairfield communities offer resident package acceptance either at the leasing office or at convenient on-site electronic package lockers. Select communities feature 24/7 access to packages via Hub by Amazon.
