Can I transfer to a different Fairfield community?
We’re pleased that you’re considering making another Fairfield community your home. In general, current residents in good standing are eligible to transfer to another Fairfield community. A notice is required per the terms of your lease agreement and your existing deposit will be reconciled for your current residency; please note any fees owed due to early termination of a lease will still apply. While you will need to submit a new application before moving into another Fairfield community, will we waive your application fees; other move-in fees and deposits may apply. Please contact your current leasing office for more specific information that may apply to your transfer.
How do I submit a review for my community?
We value feedback from our residents. Your positive comments allow us to recognize outstanding associates who provide the Fairfield difference, while suggestions give us an opportunity to improve our service to you. We invite you to share your comments via the “Share Your Experience” link on your MyHomeClicks Resident Portal dashboard. You can also contact your property manager for more information regarding surveys and reviews.
I have a concern about something at my community. Who do I contact?
Our goal is to deliver an exceptional living experience to every Fairfield resident, and we’re sorry to hear that you have a concern. Our property managers are empowered to help you and are the best contact to solve your concern. If you have already reached out to the property manager and feel your concern hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, please use our contact form and select “Resident Inquiries” from the subject line. So that we can research your concern and help you as quickly as possible, please provide these details: your name and the name on the lease (if different), your contact information (cell phone and email), property name, apartment number, dates of occupancy and a summary of your concern. You can expect a response within 48 hours (weekends excepted) from the Fairfield associate who can best address your concern.

How do I obtain my rental history?

How do I obtain my rental history if Fairfield no longer manages the community where I lived?
Contact the property directly and they can assist you with obtaining your rental history. During or after a change of management, all resident files– current and past –are transferred to the new management company, and the current staff there will be able to assist you.
Do you offer corporate housing?
Many Fairfield communities provide corporate housing options. Because the availability and services offered vary by community, we recommend you contact the Fairfield community where you would like to live for details about their specific corporate housing program.

How do I get on your vendor bid list?
Fairfield does not maintain a master list of preferred vendors. If you are interested in providing services to Fairfield or our apartment communities, please select “General Inquires” from the subject line of our contact form and tell us about your company, the service you provide and any current Fairfield communities you might currently work with. Your information will be forwarded to the appropriate regional or department manager for consideration.
