In 2021, Fairfield began the development of Fifteen15 South Lamar Apartments in the South Lamar district of Austin, TX. Part of the development plan included the preservation of a 100-year old heritage oak tree, which was relocated to be incorporated into the community's central courtyard as a functional living element.
