Fairfield recently renovated River Pointe at Den Rock Park Apartments to provide even better living to residents through upgraded interiors and enhanced community amenities.

Upgraded interiors add a modern look to these unbeatable apartments in Lawrence, MA, including new stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring throughout the space, and new granite countertops. The cabinets were refinished in a sleek white and new matte black handles and drawer pulls were added.

New & Improved Amenities

With a sparkling pool, complimentary bike rentals, and more, the amenities at River Pointe at Den Rock are second to none. To enhance the experience for pet residents, Fairfield upgraded the dog park and added a designated pet wash area. The boardwalk entrance and signage to Den Rock Park which connects to the community was also upgraded.
