Art Creates Life at Aliso Apartments

Fairfield has a new urban luxury community opening soon in the Arts District of Downtown LA. Polished woven wool quartz countertops in the kitchen and bath. Light grey wood-look plank flooring in the living spaces and citadel grey ceramic offset tile flooring in the bath.

Deco Design Package featuring gauntlet grey upper cabinets, talas cherry lower cabinets, premium kitchen appliances, and matte white hexagon tile kitchen backsplash. Polished Berkshire taupe quartz including waterfall edge kitchen islands. Herringbone pattern wood-look plank flooring in the living spaces and Calcutta glazed ceramic tile flooring in the bath.

Impressionism Design Package live-work homes featuring high gloss white upper cabinets with glass door inserts, Dorato oak natural lower cabinets, premium kitchen appliance, and oblong satin finish kitchen backsplash. Monterey grew quartz countertops in the kitchen and bath. Polished concrete flooring in the living spaces and bath.

Community Amenities

At Aliso, the whole community will be your home. Our main amenities located at the top of two grand staircases. Here residents will enjoy a lushly landscaped amenity deck complete with built-in cabanas, a heated pool, barbecue grills and fire pits for the perfect mini daycation escape from city life.
