Affordable apartments will be available to qualifying individuals and families. Affordable rents are based on the Area Median Income for Fairfax County and are adjusted for household size. To be income eligible, your gross annual household income cannot exceed the set income limits for your household size.

By completing this form, you will be placed on the interest list for affordable units. This request does not qualify you or guarantee you an apartment home. The Ian Apartments participates in theFairfax County ADU/WDU Program and therefore, income restrictions apply. Once you sign up for the interest list, the leasing office will reach out to you. All applicants will be required to provide detailed and personal information pertaining to income and assets during the application process.

IN ORDER TO REMAIN ACTIVE ON THIS INTEREST LIST THE APPLICANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

The applicant will immediately notify management in writing of any changes to the information provided on the Application Agreement.

The applicant is required to contact management in writing every six (6) months from the date the application was submitted to indicate a continued interest. If we do not hear from you; you will be removed from the interest list.

The management office will notify applicants in the order they appear on the interest list. At that time, management will conduct a formal interview and begin the qualification process to determine eligibility.

The applicant must contact management within 72 hours of the date of any notification of available unit or any other questions regarding your application.

If applicant refuses the available unit, they will be removed from the interest list.

An application will be considered inactive/rejected if the applicant does not respond within 72 hours to phone calls and/or notices.
